Guidingly and all who worked with them were very kind and helpful. My cousin Kenny has been happily living in the same independent living facility for the past five years, which Terri helped us find. The interface care and support was outstanding. Great job!

Our experience with Guidingly has been excellent. Terri was incredibly helpful and accommodating during dad's move-in. Moving a loved one into a care home is difficult, but having kind people involved makes all the difference. The nursing staff and maintenance crew we met are wonderful and attend to dad's needs with genuine care. The facility chosen is beautiful with lots of senior activities, and the front desk staff are equally great. I'm grateful dad is safe, well-fed, and cared for - giving us priceless peace of mind.

Guidingly was great and very helpful throughout the onboarding process. We chose an independent community that is close to our home and reasonably priced, which Terri referred us to. The place has warm staff and good accommodations with clean rooms. Meals and housekeeping are included in the rent as well as many daily activities (trivia, bingo, music, trips, meditation, etc.) There is also in-house PT/OT that accepted our mom's insurance. The grounds are kept nice and there is an outdoor area and garden. Mom is happy with her choice and so are we.

100% successful experience with Guidingly from start to finish. My dad, a discerning guy, was thrilled with this experience. And, I was impressed with every aspect and element of interactions with Terri, our advisor, who conducted all research, follow-ups and legwork on our behalf. As I am remote, living in Georgia, her guidance in New York was a big help. We were in constant contact. She arranged visits, tours, and assessments at our convenience. This allowed us to move him into a place close to many of our family members, within our short time frame. The staff she introduced us to, went above and beyond, accommodating at every single level to meet our needs. I cannot recommend Guidingly enough. As a closing thought, in the first few days I was at the community that Terri recommended, it was clear and apparent that ALL of the residents were not only well care for, but very happy, sweet, kind, supportive and encouraging of my father’s move in, which says a lot!
