Terri’s dedication to serving seniors began in childhood when she volunteered at various senior living facilities, alongside her older sister. As the daughter of a United States Air Force Veteran, being devoted to a life of service came naturally.

Subsequently, she became a New York State Certified Ombudsperson for senior living facilities. As a result, advocated directly for residents’ rights and wellbeing.
Education and Healthcare:
Following her passion to work with older adults, Terri earned an MBA from Stony Brook University and completed post-graduate coursework at Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health.
Consequently, working for Columbia University Medical Center, involved meeting with physicians who specialized in geriatric medicine. Next, she advanced to Business Development at Brookhaven Memorial Hospital and continued in this capacity during the hospital’s transition to an NYU Medical Center. This experience culminated in a community director role with a senior living organization.

Terri maintains the industry’s most respected certifications as both a Certified Senior Advisor and Certified Placement and Referral Specialist through nationally recognized credentialing organizations.
